Event Hire Coventry

Coventry is our home. We're based here, which means local events benefit from minimal delivery costs and maximum flexibility. If your schedule shifts or you want to add something last-minute, we can usually accommodate it because we're just down the road.

We know Coventry's venues well — from the CBS Arena and Coventry Building Society Arena to hotels and conference centres across the city. We've provided entertainment for corporate events, university functions at Coventry University and Warwick, staff fun days and private celebrations throughout the area for over 15 years.

Our hire range runs from interactive games like Batak Pro and Batak Lite, racing simulators and dance machines, through to photo booths, prize games such as cash grabbers and prize cranes, and fun food catering. For exhibitions and promotional events, we design, print and apply custom branding to games in-house.

As a family-run business rooted in Coventry, we take particular pride in delivering for local clients. Every booking includes setup, operation support and collection as standard.
