University Event Entertainment Hire

Fun Pro UK has been supplying interactive games and entertainment to universities since 2009. From freshers fairs in September to graduation balls in summer, we work with student unions, events teams and faculty staff throughout the academic year.

We've provided student activations in Manchester (including a branded prize wheel campaign for Poundland targeting freshers), delivered to Coventry University and the University of Warwick, and supplied freshers entertainment to campuses across the country. Based in Coventry — the geographic centre of England — we reach any UK university without long delivery distances.

Events We Cover

Freshers fairs and welcome weeks — reaction games, racing simulators and fairground stalls that give new students something to do together rather than stand around. These draw crowds and break the ice without forcing awkward introductions.

End-of-term parties and balls — photo booths, casino tables, arcade games and dance machines for evening events.

Open days and recruitment events — branded games that make your stand or campus tour stick in people's minds. We handle custom branding in-house, from design through to print and application.

Student union socials and fun days — giant garden games, fun food carts and inflatables for outdoor campus events.
