Not every event needs a conference venue or exhibition hall. Some of the most effective corporate entertainment happens right in the workplace — in breakout rooms, canteen areas, reception spaces and meeting rooms.
Since 2009, we've been supplying games directly into offices across the UK. We've set up retro arcade machines outside conference rooms for mid-morning breaks, placed electronic basketball hoops in canteens over lunch, and kitted out breakout rooms with table football and Batak reaction games for wellbeing days.
What Office Entertainment Works For
Breakout rooms and rest areas — Give staff somewhere to switch off properly. A retro arcade machine or table football in the breakout room changes a dead space into somewhere people actually want to spend their break.
Conference and training days — We've delivered to conference venues where games were placed in the foyer between sessions. Delegates came out for coffee and went straight to the giant buzz wire and Strike a Light. It kept energy levels up for the rest of the day.
Staff appreciation and team days — Whether it's a quarterly thank-you or an end-of-project reward, a few well-chosen games in the office go further than you might expect. Prize cranes, crazy golf and racing simulators are all popular choices.
Office Christmas parties — We supply Christmas-themed games to offices every December, from Reindeer Roll n Bowl to Christmas photo booths.
Why It Works in an Office Setting
Office entertainment doesn't need to take over the whole building. Most of our games run off a single plug socket and fit into a standard meeting room. We deliver, set up and collect — you don't need to assemble anything or clear it away afterwards.
Games in the workplace help people from different departments actually talk to each other. The people you only ever see in meetings turn out to be fiercely competitive at Batak, or quietly brilliant at crazy golf. That carries back into how teams work together afterwards.
We can also add fun food options like pick 'n' mix stands, popcorn or candy floss to round out the day — all from the same booking.

If you're running an internal campaign, product launch or company milestone, we offer in-house branding on any game. Your logo, colours and messaging applied to the equipment and removed when we collect. Useful for making an internal event feel like a proper occasion.
