There's also the Edgbaston Plaza, an outdoor space of around 14,800 square metres, which is one of the largest outdoor event spaces in the city. On Level 2, the Banqueting Suite is one of the largest spaces at Edgbaston, seating up to around 700 for a banquet and taking larger conferences and exhibitions too. It splits into three sections using built-in partitions, the East Suite, West Suite and Room With A View, each with natural daylight and its own bar, and the East and West can be combined.

Named after the year the club was founded, the 1882 Suite is a bright, versatile space popular for mid-sized events, with a flexible layout, private bar and pitch views. It suits a moderate spread of games rather than the largest kit. Shuffleboard and other pub games, retro arcade machines, and prize wheels all work comfortably here without crowding the room.

The Chair's Lounge and Meeting Rooms

The Chair's Lounge is a self-contained space suited to board meetings and smaller workshops, and Edgbaston has a range of meeting rooms alongside it. Space is more limited in these rooms, so compact games work best. Smaller retro arcades, pub games and prize wheels fit neatly and work well as a break from the agenda rather than the main event.

Executive Boxes

The executive boxes suit smaller gatherings and breakout sessions, offering privacy and pitch views. These are compact spaces, so we'd steer you towards games with a small footprint. A prize wheel or a smaller arcade machine gives guests something to gather around without dominating the room.

Exhibitions and Larger Conferences

For exhibitions and larger-scale industry events, footfall-driving games are usually the priority. If your event uses the Plaza or another outdoor area, it's worth thinking about weather cover early. Most of our games are built for indoor use, though we do have options that travel outdoors safely. Fun fair stalls like hook-a-duck or a coconut shy work well outside if there's shelter available, and the scale of the Plaza suits a fun day layout with several stalls. What Fun Pro Handles, and What We Don't

To keep everything clear from the start, here's how our service fits around your Edgbaston booking.

Lift access to Level 2 is worth mentioning to us as well, since it affects how we plan the setup.

In terms of lead time, two to four weeks' notice is usually comfortable for most games. If your event falls in November or December, or lands near a major fixture, we'd recommend booking earlier, as those dates tend to fill up first.
