At Fun Pro UK, safety is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you are hiring inflatables, interactive games, or other items needed to run your event smoothly, we take every step to ensure that our products and services meet the highest safety standards. Our aim is to give event organisers, venues, and clients complete peace of mind when working with us.

We provide full safety documentation to support venues and event organisers where required. This documentation covers all of our inflatables, games, and supporting equipment and can be provided as part of the booking process. Our safety documentation includes:

- Risk Assessments

- Method Statements

- PAT Testing Certificates (where required)

This applies not only to our inflatables and games, but also to other items needed to support events, including generators, portable power supplies, and petrol blowers used to operate our equipment.

All of our inflatables are crafted and constructed in accordance with EN 14960-2025, the European Standard focused on the design, manufacture, and operation of inflatable play equipment. This standard ensures strict requirements are met in relation to materials, construction, and operational safety.

To maintain the highest levels of safety and compliance, each inflatable undergoes a thorough annual inspection carried out by RPII-registered professionals, ensuring the equipment continues to meet regulatory standards and remains safe for use at events.

Fun Pro UK also carries comprehensive insurance cover, giving our clients confidence when hiring our equipment. Our insurance cover includes:

- Public Liability – £5,000,000 each and every loss

- Products Liability – £5,000,000 in the aggregate

- Employer’s Liability – £10,000,000 any one occurrence

Our experienced team is trained in the safe delivery, setup, and operation of all equipment. We follow strict procedures during installation to ensure everything is set up securely and operates safely throughout your event.
