Wondering what to do first when arranging your family fun day? Don't panic, we have a few tips to get everything covered!
1. Date - What date are you thinking of for your event? - Is it the same date as last year? - Check there aren't any major events happening near by or a sporting event that people will attend rather than your fun day.
2. Venue - Has your chosen venue got enough space for your entertainment and amount of guests you are expecting? Is there a large car park? Is access easy for pushchairs/wheelchairs etc? Is there access to power for inflatables? Do you have a grass area for your entertainment/ marquees. Remember inflatable fun needs a grass base to secure the equipment on safely! Are there toilet facilities? Maybe an indoor hall is required as well as outside?
3. What time will your event run from and too? - Your team will need time to set up in the morning. Early afternoon is a good start time for families to be out and about, running through to early evening.
4. Who is your audience? - What age range are you catering for. Fun Pro UK can supply entertainment for small children, teens and adults.
