At Fun Pro UK, we want your event to be loads of fun for everyone involved, but we also know that there is a lot more riding on it than just your staff having a laugh. That's why we treat every single corporate booking with the same high levels of professionalism and pride.

Q. What areas does Fun Pro UK deliver to?

A. We deliver nationwide, with free delivery within the Coventry, Warwickshire, West Midlands plus East Midlands area and competitive delivery rates for the rest of the UK.

Q. What delivery access do Fun Pro UK require?

A Our team need ground floor access, preferably with a loading bay. The games are not able to be taken up/down any flights of stairs, we can use a service lift depending on the size of games ordered. Inflatables are to be secured by our staff on to a real grass surface. Large inflatables require drive on access by our vehicle.

Q. What experience do you have in corporate events?

A. The team behind Fun Pro UK have been working in the entertainment industry for many years, providing corporate event hire for companies such as Rolls Royce, KPMG and The University of Warwick.

Q. How can i book the games for my event?

A. To book the games, once your quote has been received and you wish to go ahead, we can send over our booking form for you to complete, sign the Terms and Conditions and return to us, we then raise your invoice.

Q. I need some ideas for my event - can you help?

A. Of course. Our talented team of events organisers have vast experience of all kinds of corporate events, from exhibitions to company awards, fun days to product launches, and they will be happy to offer some great ideas to increase customer numbers and inspire your team.

Q. Our corporate event has been dumped on my desk, and I don't know where to start. Can you help?

A. Don't worry, we'll work with you to work everything out. Our team can provide whatever level of service you need, from walking you through step by step each stage, to coordinating with professional event managers.

Q. Wouldn't it be easier to use a local company?

A. Unlike your local bouncy castle company, Fun Pro UK are corporate events specialists, so we understand the unique demands of this kind of event. We know that your reputation is in our hand, so we work hard to make you look good. With nationwide delivery, and a friendly, professional team on hand to help ensure everything runs smoothly, we're always there for you.

Q. I've found a cheaper quote - will you match it?

A. It's easy to cut corners to cut prices, but at Fun Pro UK, we believe that your company reputation, and the success of your event, deserve the highest quality, the best equipment and the most professional service. You might find cheaper, but you won't find better.

Q. Can you help our team with the technical stuff?

A. Absolutely. We have many years experience dealing with corporate events, so we understand the process inside out. We'll help with planning and risk assessments, and provide all the certification you need, including £5m worth of public liability insurance.

Q. Is your equipment safe?

A. All our electrical equipment is fully PAT tested and all our inflatables are regularly inspected to stringent standards and thoroughly cleaned after every hire for your complete peace of mind. We also provide professional staff to manage many of our larger pieces of equipment, to add an extra layer of safety for all your guests.

Q. How do I make a booking?

A. You can contact us in a number of ways, including phone, email and via our online contact form. We don't have online booking because we find most corporate clients want to discuss their event with us before they book.

Q. How do I pay for my booking?

A. We require 25% deposit within 14 days of booking. The remaining balance is due to be paid in full 30 days before your event.

Please note if you wish to pay by Commercial or Business card there is a 3% charge that will be added.

Q. Can my company open an account with you?

A. We welcome accounts from reputable companies, subject to credit checking. Credit accounts are payable within 30 days of invoice.

Q. Can I change my booking after it has been made?

A. As part of our professional service, we aim to be as flexible as possible, to meet your company requirements. We will always aim to make any changes if this is possible, but don't leave it too late otherwise your equipment may already be on its way.

Q. Can I cancel my booking if my event is cancelled?

A. Bookings can be cancelled but are subject to the following cancellation charges:

  • Cancellation within 8 weeks- 50% of order
  • Cancellation within 6 weeks - 75% of order
  • Cancellation within 4 weeks - 100% of order
