Event Hire London

London is the UK's largest market for corporate events, exhibitions and conferences, and we deliver there regularly. We've worked at venues across the capital, from ExCeL London and Olympia to city centre hotels, office spaces and event venues throughout the Home Counties.

Based in Coventry, we reach London via the M40 — a well-established route that we've run hundreds of times. Our central England location keeps delivery costs lower than London-based competitors for clients who also book events elsewhere in the country. Every booking includes delivery, setup and collection as standard.

Our range covers interactive games like Batak reaction games, racing simulators and danger zone, photo booths and magic mirrors, prize games including cash grabbers and prize wheels, and fun food catering. For London's busy exhibition and trade show circuit, we provide full custom branding on games — designed, printed and applied in-house.
