NFU Insurance conference games

Annual conferences can be pretty intense, with so much information to take in as you look back on the previous year and launch plans, products and projects for the years to come. Keeping your delegates involved, engaged and fresh can be a real challenge.

That's why NFU Insurance turned to us to ensure that their breakout times were stimulating and fun, giving their delegates a real state breaker to clear their minds and leave them refreshed and ready for the next session.

We provided a range of games to suit all interests, and get people moving and thinking in a different way for a few minutes. These included our reaction challenge Strike a Light game and the classic giant buzz wire steady hand challenge, along with our retro arcade games to take them back to their youth.

For a little light relief, we also added a magic mirror photo system, which not only allowed delegates to get a picture with their new found friends and colleagues, but also created much needed comic relief in between the more serious sessions.

Together the hire package was a huge success, significantly improving participation, encouraging networking between delegates and making the breaks a real break for all concerned.

Our success with the National Farmers Union proves that it pays not to treat conference delegates like cattle if you want them to get the best from your event.
